Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had as great of a Christmas as we did. Quinton was so excited about it all. It was fun to watch him. He even got excited about what other people got. He's so funny. I think my mom and dad were a bit overwhelmed spending Christmas with us but I think it was fun for them too. It's the first time in years they've celebrated Christmas morning with a little one. Here are some pictures of our morning together.

Baby Zane

SO I think most everyone knows but I just wanted to post and let everyone know Zane is doing good. He had a heart murmur when he went for his recent check up, so they made me take him to a pediatric cardiologist. Up at Primary Children's he had a chest x-ray, and an echocardiogram and saw a great doc. He has VSD (ventricular septal defect) or a hole in his heart. It's in between the bottom two chambers and I guess this is pretty common in babies. He's been put on Lasix (a diurectic) to help ensure he doesn't get too much fluid in his lungs and he has a follow up in January. Most of the time these close up on their own but if it doesn't he'll have to undergo a simple open heart surgery. But he's a very happy, and healthy baby and is doing fine and will be just fine!

Ok So I just have to tell everyone...first sorry I haven't updated for a while. But I do have some exciting news. I have been chosen to be the guest Design Team member for the month of Dec and Jan on a great scrapbook website. It is KT Crafts. It's a small little forum but with some amazing talent and now I get to be part of it. So check it out at www.ktcrafts.com and then you can click on message boards to see what it's all about. They also have an awesome store and always are having great discounts. I will post my entry later. This is just an amazing opportunity for me and I'm just thrilled!

Beautiful Boys

I must say that I think I have the most handsome boys in all the world! I'm so happy that they are mine and I get to share my life with them!

Just when you thought it was safe...

Halloween is coming so it was time to get the the log all dressed up - I think that's a rubber band around it's face under the eyes - to hold the hair on? All I can say is she/it is one ugly witch. Anyone can tell me why someone would do something like this to the poor log wins a prize...

Been A While...

Alright so I haven't been real faithful about updating our blog. Life's been crazy. But I'm going to try to remedy that now. I will be putting on an inspirational thought every day if nothing else. I know we all could use a little extra uplift and inspiration in our lives!
